Dear Prospective Sponsor,
Reston Youth Association’s (RYA) mission is to teach children the fundamentals of various youth sports, while promoting discipline, dedication, and teamwork in a fun environment. Our programs strongly emphasize education, and all players must maintain B-, or above, grade averages while actively participating in RYA.
One of the biggest obstacles our organization currently faces is providing valuable experiences for participants while operating on a very limited budget. We have urgent funding needs this year; we continue to be good stewards of the equipment and uniforms, but need a fresh start. RYA has currently no designated field for any of their sports programs and raising money through community fundraisers to pay for our own field is a priority.
While Fairfax County and Reston are affluent areas, the vast majority of our participants are not. They need your help! Your sponsorship will help fund the high-quality, safe equipment our players require and enable us to keep our costs low in order for children of all socio-economic backgrounds to continue their participation in RYA programs.
The ability to meet the costs of operating and maintaining a reputable football program would not be possible without you, our community leaders. RYA seeks your support in helping us provide organized football to the youth of greater Reston.
Your commitment will not only help our athletes, but participating in our sponsorship program will yield multiple visibility opportunities (including acknowledgment on our website at
www.restonseahawks.org). Over 900 children participate in our programs each year -- the kids, their parents, friends, and extended families all get involved, benefitting your business with excellent exposure.
RYA is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, so all donations are tax deductible. Please see the link below for sponsorship program details.
Your contribution will make a difference for our kids and your business! All of us at RYA appreciate your consideration and support.
Respectfully,
The Reston Youth Association Board Of Directors
