Fairfax County Youth Sports Scholarship Application *- The Fairfax County NCS provides registration fee scholarships and equipment vouchers to help eligible youth participate in sports programs in Fairfax County. Children must live in Fairfax County and receive government assistance (e.g. free or reduced lunch, housing/child care/medical assistance, etc). If you qualify for a scholarship please register your child online and pay the reduced fee amount. Bring the completed form and supporting documents to practice.
