Welcome to the 2025 Reston Youth Association Cheer program! We are excited to spend this fall with your athlete. Registration is open for our Fall 2025 Cheer season from 12:00 am 8/11/25 - 12:00am 9/05/25!

The first practice begins on Tuesday, August 26th! 

Practices will be held at: South Lakes High School Auxilary Gym regularly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6PM -8PM; (5-7 age division will be dismissed at 7:30)

What’s not included?

All white cheer shoes

Once you have created a Demosphere account, you will be able to login and register your family. 

Registration will close late September, so secure your cheer athlete’s spot today!

Participation Options:

 

1. RYA Football Game Sideline Cheer: All participants will cheer at home RYA football games. Schedule is TBD. Practices will be from August through November.

Assistant Coaches & Parent Volunteers:

We are looking for an assistant coach / parent volunteer to be assigned to each team. This person will be present at every practice and game to support the team. Cheer experience is GREAT, but not necessary.
